There might be family trouble brewing in the Kardashian clan namely involving Blac Chyna. According to E! News, Rob Kardashian's fianceé may not be able to use her future Kardashian name for profit after all.
In May, Chyna filed an application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of her company, Lashed LLC., to trademark what will be her married name,
Angela Renée Kardashian. If the request is granted, she would have the sole right to use the name for advertising and entertainment services.
However, her future sisters-in-laws' companies are not okay with this course of action.
Last week, lawyers for Kim , Khloe and Kourtney
Kardashian's respective companies Kimsaprincess Inc., Khloemoney Inc. and 2Die4 Kourt, in case you were wondering filed papers to formally oppose her registration to trademark the name. The lawyers believe the companies will "suffer damage, including irreparable injury, to their reputation and goodwill" if Chyna's request goes through. The trademark attorneys reportedly automatically oppose
anyone trying to trademark Kardashian.
"Everyone loves each other," a source said. "It's just business." Lol well time will tell
