According to TMZ, the cause of iconic singer George Michael's death is still a mystery as his autopsy is inconclusive. Read the report below...

was inconclusive as to cause of death. Law
enforcement says there will be further tests
performed to pinpoint why Michael died on
Christmas day, in his sleep. We were told earlier the medical examiner would perform toxicology tests. Sources denied there was any evidence Michael OD'd, but it is interesting the autopsy showed no apparent reason why the singer passed. Law enforcement calls the death "unexplained but not suspicious."

Michael struggled with drug use for years. He had also gained a tremendous amount of weight in the months leading up to his death.

in Borno Suspected Boko Haram members this morning launched an attack on a military station at Rann, Borno state. The sect members armed with sophisticated weapons, stormed the
military station at about 6am and began shooting sporadically.

The troops who are mainly from 3 Battalion and 112 Task Force Battalion, reacted promptly and killed about 15 of the insurgents as well as injured many others. The attack according to military sources lasted for three hours.

Court sentences son of former House of Reps member to death by hanging

A High court sitting in Katsina State has sentenced 32 year old Mu’ammar Tukur, son of former House of Representatives member and District Head of Bakori, to death by hanging for culpable homicide.

Tukur was dragged before the court for using a knife to stab one Shafir Muktar to death on April 21st 2008 during a fight between him and some other young men at a football viewing center.

Delivering judgment in the case today, the presiding judge, Justice Abbas Bawale, said the argument put forward by the convict's counsel, AbdulAziz Olagoke, were unsustainable. Bawale said that the accused went into hiding between
2008 and 2013 after committing the crime and was arrested at the grave yard during the funeral of his deceased mother.

He added that Tukur's explanation that he was provoked to commit the crime was not satisfactory because he left the scene and came with the metallic instrument to commit the
crime.

The judge said the prosecution had proved the case beyond reasonable doubt as required by law and sentenced the convict to death by hanging. He stressed that the plea for leniency could not be entertained because the court’s discretion was blocked by law and directed that the plea should be set to the state governor.

Boko Haram leader Shekau resurfaces in new video, says group "safe and not flushed out of anywhere"

Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau appeared in a new video on Thursday disputing a claim by the Nigerian army that the terrorist group had been uprooted from its Sambisa Forest stronghold. In a 25-minutes video shared online, Shekau who spoke in both Hausa and Arabic, said;

"We are safe. We have not been flushed out of anywhere. And tactics and strategies cannot reveal our location except if Allah wills by his decree. You should not be telling lies to the people. If you indeed crushed us, how can you
see me like this? How many times have you killed us in your bogus death? Our aim is to establish an Islamic Caliphate and we have our own Caliphate, we are not part of Nigeria" Shekau said in the video, flanked by masked armed fighters. It's not clear where and when the video was shot though Shekau claimed it was shot on Christmas day.

The Canadian sisters have done a video admitting to being the owners of damaging website, NaijaGistLive.com.

They apologized to Femi Otedola and his family and also other petitioners they had written damaging stories about. They claimed they never intended to use to site to extort anyone, that it was BAUDEX, the IT guy behind the site,
that was collecting the money.

They said the stories written on the site were sent in by close friends or associates of people written about. NaijaGistLive picked on me a lot. Would have sworn a Nigerian was behind the laptop writing all those horrible things. Never heard of or came across these girls until they were exposed. Girls, what did I ever do to you? Lol. "Blac Chyna and Kris Jenner rushed to an emergency room Wednesday night after Rob Kardashian went into "medical distress" TMZ has learned. Chyna and Kris arrived separately, Kris was with Corey Gamble  and rushed into the ER at 9:45 PM near Hidden Hills, where the
family lives.

Sources connected with the family confirm Rob had checked himself in earlier in the evening. Rob and Chyna have been living separately, which explains why she showed up later. As TMZ has reported, he's suffered from diabetes. So far we don't know what triggered the ER visit.
There is a report out he suffered a mental breakdown but we're told that is not true. Our sources would only characterize it as a "health problem." TMZ update

Family sources tell TMZ Rob checked himself into the hospital because his diabetes flared up. We're told he had been doing ok lately but the stress from his turbulent relationship with Blac Chyna drove him to eat excessively and he gained an alarming amount of weight recently
causing him to lose control over his diabetes.
He's still in the hospital as doctors try to stabilize him.

An audio tape purported to be that of Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike and his Ekiti state counterpart, Ayo Fayose, discussing his moves at the recently held state legislative rerun election was shared online by Sahara Reporters

In the video, a voice alleged to be that of Fayose, is heard congratulating someone alleged to be Wike for outsmarting the Army during the election. The voice purported to be that of Wike is heard saying "Kill anybody you can kill".

Wife of CPDM mayor of the Douala city council and a prominent member of the administration posted his nude photo on social media after she allegedly caught him in a hotel with one of his many concubines. The mayor refused to resign since the nude photo went viral on social media.
According to Cameroon Intelligence Report, the man had a long and successful session in a hotel with one of his many concubines when his wife, said to be a publisher stormed  the room and took photos of him.
